Hi!
My installation of P3Dv4 is at F:\P3Dv4.
When I identify F:\P3Dv4, the Haze Gray US Navy installer creates an additional folder called Prepar3D v4. I saw another post in this forum, so I then told the installer to install at F:\. It created a new folder at F:\Prepar3D v4 (right underneath the P3D v4 folder where my sim is located.
Can I simply copy the files from the different sub-folders to the appropriate folders within F:\P3Dv4 and everything be good?
ALSO, I don't see any saved flight files anywhere with the newly-created Prepar3D v4 folder.
Thanks.
Scott

So... when I wrote my post, I had read the User Guide but not the FAQs doc. I found the answer to the saved flight files in the FAQs doc.
Well... sorta. The FAQs say the flights files are located in "Haze Gray Studios\saved flights folder". That folder is in (or should be in) the P3Dv4 root folder (which it isn't because the installer didn't put the files where they belong, according the what to instructions say). I could find no "saved flights" folder anywhere on my PC. The FAQs inspired me to look again, carefully, in my "Documents" folder.
On my C:\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files (where I normally see saved flights), I didn't see any Haze Gray US Navy flights, and I stopped looking. Had I looked a little more, I would have found a new "Prepare 3D Files" folder, where... lo and behold... I found the flights.
Regarding the installation problem, and having not seen an answer (I only posted my question a short while ago), I'm gonna copy the individual files from Effects, Gauges, Scenery, and SimObjects folders; paste them into the corresponding folders within P3Dv4, and see how that goes.
Thanks.
