We recently announced a partnership with SimWorks Studios to launch an upgraded version of our Fleet Traffic: USN product. You might have seen some news to this effect over on Facebook.
Further to this, we have reached an agreement with SWS that they will serve as online host for all existing HGS Fleet Traffic: USN customers.
We've been working with SWS on this and now this transition is getting underway. Haze Gray Studios is preparing to move existing Fleet Traffic: US Navy customers over to the SWS store. Once we have this completed, our customers that have purchased the legacy product will once again have access to download the product and updates to it.
Due to the unexpected closure of not one but BOTH of our online vendors, we were unable to complete all our records in a timely manner and so some of the order data is incomplete or (including contact details) and so this effort is going to require some assistance from our clients.
Very soon we will upload a link to some online forms for you to provide your order information. Once I review the forms (probably will review them in batches), the completed forms will then be passed to the folks over at SWS so that they can credit you the legacy product over there in their online store.
You will then be able to download Fleet Traffic: US Navy from the SWS website.

This sounds very good. I'm hoping this will strengthen both studios and in the future bring foreign fleets to P3DV4 & whatever MS 2020 ends up becoming also.

s.surveyplanet.com/a_R7vVe0Please proceed smartly to this short survey - fill it out and submit. If you have all the info, you are good. If you don't, then I will have to review and approve based on what you DO have. Please allow some time for me to sort through these. All info once reviewed will be shared with SWS so that they can get you an account set up over there. This process is so far from optimal that it is borderline absurd, but, given the context of the situation, we didn't see any other way to do it.

Was just informed about this by Alex over at Simworks Studios, as I missed the notice. Sent my info to you via link. However, there may be a problem if you try to contact me using the email that I had when I PURCHASED the Fleet Traffic product. It is no longer valid, nor accessible by me. My current email is the one I used to sign in to this forum, and is the same one used over at the SWS forums and store account.
Looking forward to news about this program and your partnership with SWS.
